You can log on and off as many times as you wish. Our unique student tracking system tracks the time you spent on each module to the nearest minute interval you have completed. When you're ready to resume, simply log back into the course, go to the chapter where you left off and continue reading.

At the end of each chapter there are Review Questions. You will not pass or fail the course based upon these questions. They are simply a review of the content in each chapter to insure you comprehend what you have just read. You must answer these questions correctly to continue onto the next chapter.

At the end of the course you will take a final exam. The final exam varies in the number of questions depending on the State, County, Court or Agency requirement. If you do not pass the final exam (only about .01% don't pass), you can keep taking it until you pass.

Once you have completed the course you will receive a certificate of completion delivered directly to you via the U.S. Mail. Depending on the State, County, Court or Agency requirement you may be responsible for delivering your certificate of completion. You will be given more detailed instructions on certificate of completion reporting when you select the State, County, Court or Agency where you were cited. As a precautionary measure we recommend sending a copy of the certificate of completion to the State, County, Court or Agency.
